They do different jobs, and most industrial doors use both. Microwave radar detects motion — it opens the door as a vehicle or person approaches, and is unaffected by heat, dust, rain or sunlight. Laser sensors detect presence with centimetre accuracy — they protect the closing edge and stop or reverse the door if anything is in the way. Radar activates, laser protects. If your site mixes forklifts with pedestrians, a people/vehicle separation radar (Pluto / BATMAN) opens the door only for vehicles. Not sure? Tell us your door type and we'll recommend.

Standard commercial door sensors mount at 2.2–3.5 m. Industrial door radar (Pluto, PANO) reaches 2.5–10 m, and people/vehicle separation radar (BATMAN) is specified at 2.5–7.0 m. Laser safety sensors are typically mounted up to 3.5 m. Detection zones are adjustable to match the site.

Our sensors use standard relay outputs (NO/NC selectable) that work with the major door controller brands. If you tell us your controller model, we'll confirm compatibility and, where needed, adapt the connector and output logic for you.

Our sensors are CE and RoHS certified, with IP65 housings (IP67 on the MW60 barrier radar) and IEC 60825-1 Class 1 laser safety on the laser range. Certificate scans and Declarations of Conformity are provided on request. For country-specific schemes — SABER (Saudi Arabia), ECAS (UAE), CR (Vietnam) — we support the application with our test reports and technical file. Yes. We can produce sensors under your brand with your logo, model numbering and packaging, and adapt detection zones and output logic to your specification. Minimum quantities depend on the model and the level of customisation — tell us what you need and we'll quote it case by case.

Standard warranty is 24 months from shipment against manufacturing defects. All sensors are cycle-tested for 500,000+ activations before leaving the factory. Warranty terms for distributor agreements can be discussed per project.

Samples ship within 3 days. Standard orders complete in 7–15 days depending on quantity. Larger or OEM orders are scheduled at order confirmation. Express, air and sea freight options are available.

We quote FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou) or CIF as you prefer. Payment for initial orders is typically T/T; samples can be arranged via PayPal or Alibaba trade assurance alternatives. L/C available for larger repeat orders.
