It depends on the job. Microwave radar sensors detect motion — ideal for opening the door as someone approaches, at high traffic entrances. Infrared presence sensors detect presence in the door zone — essential for safety, holding doors open while people pass. Most automatic sliding doors use a microwave sensor for activation; swing doors and safety-critical sites add infrared presence. Not sure? Tell us your door type and we'll recommend.

Standard microwave sensors mount at 2.2–3.5 m; high-mount industrial radar reaches up to 7.0 m. Infrared presence sensors are typically mounted up to 3.5 m. Detection zones are adjustable to match the site.

Our sensors use standard relay outputs (NO/NC selectable) that work with the major door controller brands. If you tell us your controller model, we'll confirm compatibility and, where needed, adapt the connector and output logic for you.

Yes. We can produce sensors under your brand with your logo, model numbering and packaging, adapt detection zones and output logic to your specification, and support certification under your brand name. OEM starts from 200 units per model.

Standard warranty is 24 months from shipment against manufacturing defects. All sensors are cycle-tested for 500,000+ activations before leaving the factory. Warranty terms for distributor agreements can be discussed per project.

Samples ship within 3 days. Standard orders complete in 7–15 days depending on quantity. Larger or OEM orders are scheduled at order confirmation. Express, air and sea freight options are available.

We quote FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou) or CIF as you prefer. Payment for initial orders is typically T/T; samples can be arranged via PayPal or Alibaba trade assurance alternatives. L/C available for larger repeat orders.
